Why not try adding some lovely aromas to your home by using herbs and flowers from your garden at this time of year? I enjoy them much more than artificial air fresheners, and they really lift our moods. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’ve been putting together little bunches of English lavender, salvia, basil and rosemary around the house in a drop of water.\u00a0 The house smells lovely.\u00a0 You can also use cotton wool balls with your favourite essential oils dropped on them and placed behind radiators.\u00a0 Remember, lavender in the bedroom is great for sleep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lavender – the sleepy one
